《Make Time》聽後感:一次只聚焦一個最重要的目標

2019年讀完的第一本書《Make Time》,其實不能算是用看的,而是用聽的。去年底加入Amazon旗下的 Audible一個月體驗專案,三十天內可以解除會員,一毛錢都不用付,贈送兩本免費的有聲書,可以自行挑選喜歡的,這是其中一本。另一本有聲書則是《Atomic Habits》,我也有買精裝版的紙本書。

查線上Cambridge英英字典的雙語版,make time 可以解釋成騰出或挪出時間。

本書主要可以學到兩位共同作者提出的架構:Highlight ---> Laser+Energize ---> Reflect。另外,最大的收穫則是學會使用Burner List一次只聚焦一個最重要的目標。目標不是完成,就是殺掉,同時不要忘了保有彈性。






書中還提供很多條實(白)用(癡)的技巧,幫助我們不分心,像是清空手機螢幕首頁的所有app,試過以後,效果滿不錯的,不會輕易就開啟FB跟Line,浪費時間聊天、回應跟po文。這也就是《Atomic Habits》一書提過的概念,增加行為的難度,步驟變多可以幫助戒除壞習慣,不妨試看看設一個複雜到不行的密碼。

話說回來,FB也是我獲取資訊的來源之一,追蹤一些感到興趣的人事物,看有哪些書值得一讀。所以,不是要盲目地禁止使用FB,而是要有目的的利用,不然我們的注意力只會淪為一筆供人獲利的大數據。
