a situation or statement which seems impossible or is difficult to understand because it contains two opposite facts or characteristics 自相矛盾的情況；似非而是的說法，悖論；詭論

悖論的英文paradox一詞，來自希臘語παράδοξος ，paradoxos，意思是「未預料到的」，「奇怪的」。 如果承認它是真的，經過一系列正確的推理，卻又得出它是假的；如果承認它是假的，經過一系列正確的推理，卻又得出它是真的。

檢視桌上的行事曆，發現所做的事很多都跟書中提倡的「更少但更好」背道而馳，有點後悔時間就這麼浪費了，就像忙於移動卻不曾到達任何目的地。往後要更嚴格篩選，不要只是為了填滿行事曆上的空格或是待辦清單上的項目，就胡亂塞進各式各樣的活動。閱讀越清醒的一本好書，至於要怎麽運用自如，則還在摸索，從實踐中深度體驗。
