悖論的英文paradox一詞,來自希臘語παράδοξος ,paradoxos,意思是「未預料到的」,「奇怪的」。 如果承認它是真的,經過一系列正確的推理,卻又得出它是假的;如果承認它是假的,經過一系列正確的推理,卻又得出它是真的。

檢視桌上的行事曆,發現所做的事很多都跟書中提倡的「更少但更好」背道而馳,有點後悔時間就這麼浪費了,就像忙於移動卻不曾到達任何目的地。往後要更嚴格篩選,不要只是為了填滿行事曆上的空格或是待辦清單上的項目,就胡亂塞進各式各樣的活動。閱讀越清醒的一本好書,至於要怎麽運用自如,則還在摸索,從實踐中深度體驗。
